These sale conditions apply to the sale of tickets through iraqiairways.info. We reserve the right to contact customers within 24 hours in case technical or pricing errors have occurred. For online bookings of tickets during weekends or official holidays we reserve the right to get back to customers on the following working day.
To purchase a ticket through iraqiairways.info costumers have to be 18 years old.: In order to purchase a ticket we require customers to read and accept Terms and Conditions of Iraqi Airways. Purchased tickets will be confirmed with confirmations letter by Iraqi Airways. Unused tickets will be cancelled and are non-refundable. Unused tickets with the right to fly back with Iraqi Airways will be canceled and are non-refundable as a whole.
Purchased tickets will be registered in our registration system with the information the customer provides us through iraqiairways.info. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the provided information is consistent with their identifications´ card, passport and other relevant documents. It is the customers’ responsibility to provide us with an active phone number and email address in case we need to contact them.
Purchased tickets will be delivered in the form of electronic tickets to the email the costumer provide us with through iraqiairways.info Costumers will receive their tickets immediately after completing the purchase process. In case of system errors tickets may be send to a customer later.

The ticket prices as they appear in iraqiairways.info may change unless the booking process has been completed. The ticket prices include all taxes except Najaf Airport, there's expected to be charged 20 USD. The ticket price does not include fees related to transfer to the airport, visa or other similar expenses.
Payments will only be processed with usage of credit cards. Iraqi Airways accept at the moment payments with Master Card, Visa and Maestro. The payment will be charged immediately after the payment process is completed. The booking process will be discontinued if there are insufficient funds on the credit card.
The travelers are responsible for validity of passport or other travel documents. The travelers are expected to know the rules, which applies in their case regarding passport, visa and vaccinations. It is required for travels between Denmark and Iraq that passport or other travel documents are valid at least 6 months after the end of the trip.
Expecting mothers can only travel with Iraqi Airways with a medical certificate. The medical certificate has to be issued by an authorized doctor. The medical must contain doctor’s confirmation that the pregnancy and health conditions are normal, expected time of delivery and no expected serious complication during delivery. The medical certificate must be signed with signature and date of signature. A medical certificate dated more then 6 days back from traveling date will not be accepted.
The tickets will include information on baggage allowance. An economy ticket allows one bag of up to 30 kg pr. traveler. Travelers are allowed to have one hand baggage of 7 kg and shall be aware of the maximum sizes: 56 x 45 x 25 cm. If baggage weight exceeds the allowances the price of each extra kilo is 10 $.
Lost baggage has to be reported to Iraqi Airways immediately after the traveller gets knowledge of it. The traveller can contact Iraqi Airways at: info@iraqi-airways.com
The customers have no right of cancellation. Booked tickets are non-refundable regardless of the reason why the traveller is prevented from travelling. If there is an obvious error in the information provided for the booking of a ticket the traveller has to report the error to Iraqi Airways and is responsible for correcting the information. In case a ticket has been booked with departure time less than 24 hours the traveller has to report errors to Iraqi Airways as soon as possible. Iraqi Airways has the right to charge a fee in case the time limits in this section are not complied with.
Inbound and outbound dates can be changed one time without any extra payment, if the ticket type is not changed. If the right mentioned in paragraph 12.1. already has been employed by the traveller inbound and outbound dates can be changed with payment of 600 DKK. Due to seasonal changes in prices we reserve the right to require fee for change of inbound and outbound dates.
We reserve the right to change departure dates in times of emergency and technical compilations. In case of sudden changes in departure date the travellers will be notified at the phone number or email address they have provided us trough iraqiairways.info. The traveler is responsible for achieving knowledge of any change in times up until the departure dates.
Iraqi Airways complies with the exiting legislation on handling of personal data. Personal data is defined as any information that can be attributed to an individual, including name, date of birth, address, etc. Iraqi Airways will not disclose personal data, unless discloser is requires by law or is needed by other branches of the Iraqi Airways.
